Unboxing the GoPro Fusion 360 Camera
I have been using GoPro Cameras for many years and have always loved their size, quality, and durability. Once I heard about the GoPro Fusion 360 Camera I had to do some research and make sure it was right for me. I had lost my GoPro Hero 4 in a Lake knee boarding so I was in need of a new camera anyways.
After reading many reviews and watching videos I decided the camera was right for me and I just had to have it.
It shoots 360 video in 5.2k 30fps or 3K 60fps with 3 microphones capturing the sound from all angles. It takes 360 photos at 18MP. Photos can be full 360, Little Planet style like my instagram image above, or like a standard photo. It can go underwater up to 16ft (5m). It has built in stabilization (No More Shakey Footage) It has a built in GPS and can even be controlled by voice commands.
Whats included
The GoPro Fusion comes with the Camera, Battery, USB Cable, Guide book, two mounts, an extending selfie stick with tripod legs attached, stickers and a guide book. The only thing you need to buy in addition is the memory cards. It takes two memory cards because of its two lenses.
Why its perfect for travel
The size of it is great for travel especially the extendable selfi stick tripod mount. It folds up small and portable. The quality is great and what better way to share your travel adventure than capturing it in 360 degrees. Also with the free editing feature OverCapture you can edit your footage to a more traditional layout selecting the frame you want within the 360 footage.
We will be posting a 360 video on our YouTube Channel every Thursday so be sure to subscribe to keep up with our latest videos!

I am dying to get a GoPro! Some friends have them and they really are great for documenting your travels. I enjoyed your review – you’ve tempted me even more now!
I think you got a very good replacement for your lost GoPro. Seems so versatile with its many features.
A small comparison table of features of the one you lost and the one you recently purchased would be very interesting.
We use the GoPro and love it for specific situations. What looks really cool about the GoPro Fusion is that you can take 360 degree photos. That is so useful for street photography or landscape photography. It looks like a really great deal to buy.
I actually was just with someone who had this GoPro! There are so many times it’d be good for travel, such as when you’re trying to capture a group sitting around the table.
I’ve not yet gone the Go-Pro way, but it is very interesting to get familiarised with the technical details that you have outlined so well in this post. Technology has really transformed the way we travel and Go-Pro is a perfect example of that.
Thanks for sharing this post about the detailed unboxing of GoPro, perfect to capture every moment whenever and wherever. This is perfect to capture every views 360 and never miss a single detail.
I too feel your pain of losing a Go Pro – ours is at the bottom of a river, after some wild rafting in Colombia! These new features are great, and I like your post – the idea of Unboxing – which is an emotional event especially if the kids are involved!
This is such a cool camera. I have a 360 Nano for my iPhone and it’s really fun to use as well! The underwater feature for this GoPro 360 is a real plus – that would come in really handy when our family goes snorkeling!
The Gopro Fusion 360 looks like a versatile and rugged camera. We do not have a Gopro and were actually looking to buy one. In that sense, this post is very timely for us. We will definitely be looking at this and other Gopro cameras before we decide. I like all the features that the 360 has.
