Let me tell you about one of Eureka Springs newest restaurants. Three Bird Cafe opened this year (2021) and I’m so thankful we found out about it.
We were recommended by our friends at Eureka Springs Chamber to come try it out.
They offer delicious food in a beautiful environment.
After looking at their Facebook page and website I quickly realized this place was going to be great.
The Food at Three Bird Cafe
The menu at Three Bird Cafe is filled with delicious soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods. They also have vegetarian options as well.
I ordered the French Press sandwich, a chicken and noodle soup and Quinoa Salad.
The sandwich was amazing. The strew meat was seasoned and dripping with flavor.
The quinoa salad was delicious. As my wife says I don’t eat many cold foods but I did love my cold quinoa salad.
The chicken noodle soup was heavenly and made with homemade noodles.
If you know my wife you know she loves salads. She ordered the southwest salad.
It was a large salad and she enjoyed it up until the last bite.
The boys each decided on grilled cheese sandwiches.
They loved them. I even snuck a bite and it was so good.
The Atmosphere at Three Bird Cafe
The Three Bird Cafe has a cozy atmosphere.
They have a few tables inside and a great seating area outside as well.
It’s a comfortable place to go enjoy a meal.
The decor is bright and local artist supported.

The Crew
The family behind Three Bird Cafe is what makes it such a great restaurant.
After Covid hit the family decided to move to Eureka Springs and open a restaurant. I’m sure glad they did.

Overall
Three Bird Cafe is a must visit restaurant when in Eureka Springs. If you want delicious fresh food this is the place to be.
