We came hungry after exploring Downtown Eureka Springs. So, we ordered the Cheese Loaf Bread Appetizer. It is an 8″ French loaf with Red’s Signature sauce, garlic butter, mozzarella, provolone and Parmesan cheese. It was only $5.00. It was so delicious and we quickly finished it off.

The crust was fairly thin but not hard and we really loved it. Kayla prefers thin crust. I just prefer my pizza to not crunch as I eat it. The cheese was very good and they use plenty of it. We didn’t have any leftovers despite the size. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Unlike most pizzerias we’ve been to, Red’s keeps the Parmesan cheese refrigerated. We love sprinkling Parmesan on our pizza, so it was nice to have it brought to us fresh from the fridge.

Drinks

A variety of coke products are available on the self serve soda fountain, A 16 oz drink costs $2.00 and $2.50 for a 24 oz drink.
