Throughout my life Tulsa has continued to grow and improve.
Living near Tulsa I’ve seen the city constantly add new things over the years.
Here’s our list of our favorite Family Fun Things to do in Tulsa with Kids.
20. Enjoy Animals at the Tulsa Zoo
The Tulsa Zoo is somewhere we visit multiple times a year. We love it! Each visit brings new experiences.
They are constantly updating and improving the zoo. Stay tuned for an article all about the The must see parts of the Tulsa Zoo.
19. Explore the Waters at the Oklahoma Aquarium
The Oklahoma Aquarium is a fantastic place to enjoy a wife variety of sea creatures! It’s located in Jenks but very close to Tulsa. It’s worth a visit. Its a place we visit multiple times a year.
18. Eat Pizza, Play Games and Ride Rides at Incredible Pizza
Incredible pizza is a Myers family favorite. Pizza, Rides and Games,what is there not to love.
We have been enjoying incredible pizza since it first came to Tulsa .
17. Play at the Gathering Place
The Gathering Place is one of Tulsa’s newer attractions but it’s also one of the most well known around the country.
It’s a state of the art park with many unique playgrounds, a museum, canoe rentals and more exhibits being currently built.

16. Enjoy Trails of plants at the Tulsa Botanic Garden
The Tulsa Botanic Garden is a place of nature and beauty.
It has a wide variety of plants and kid friendly interactions.
They have many fun seasonal events with live music, food trucks and family games.
15. Swim at Safari Joe’s H20
It was formerly known as Big Splash now it’s Safari Joe’s H20.
It has multiple slides, a wave pool, lazy River and more!
14. Watch a Game at Oneok Field
A visit to Tulsa isn’t complete without a visit to a Tula Drillers Baseball Game or FC Tulsa Soccer Game.
It’s always a fun time with the family. I’ve been going to Tulsa Driller games since I was a little kid!
13. Closed Interact with art at the AHHA Tulsa Art Museum
The Ahha Tulsa is actually closed now. It used to have interactive art exhibits that are fun for the whole family.
I was amazed when I first visited the museum, it’s unlike anything I’ve seen.
12. Hike at Turkey Mountain
Turkey Mountain is our favorite hiking destination in Tulsa.
It has a variety of trails with different difficulties. Our boys have loved hiking and climbing the rocks. It’s a great park.
11. View Art at the Philbrook Museum
The Philbrook Museum has a variety of permanent and temporary art and exhibits.
The building and the grounds of the museum are also beautiful to explore.

10. Enjoy Aircrafts at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum
The Tulsa Air and Space Museum is a fun place to see many different planes and more.
We loved being able to climb into some planes and see amazing historical planes and aerospace equipment.
9. Watch a Movie at The Admiral Twin Drive-in Theatre.
We have enjoyed movies at the Admiral Twin drive in since I was a little boy.
It’s always a fun experience snd one of the last drive-in theatre’s in the area.
8. Play at Woodward Park
Woodward Park is a great park with a playground, gardens, and trails.
7. Experience the Center of the Universe
The Center of the Universe is a must see in Tulsa! It’s an area in downtown Tulsa that when standing in the middle there is a unique echo sound.
There’s also interesting sculptures and great views of the skyscrapers.
6. Visit the Golden Driller
The Golden Driller is a famous landmark to visit. A trip to Tulsa is not complete without stopping by. He is located directly on the Tulsa State Fairgrounds.
5. Play at the Discovery lab Tulsa children’s museum.
The Discovery Lab in Tulsa is a fun place for the whole family.
There’s actually a new building under construction right next to the Gathering Place.
4. View Native American Art at the Gilcrease Museum.
The Gilcrease Museum is a great place to see unique art and have a fun family day!
It’s currently under construction.
3. See the Route 66 Sights in Tulsa.
Tulsa has a great stretch of Route 66 to see!
There are many statues, stores and restaurants and sights.

2. Enjoy a show or concert at one of Tulsa’s music venues.
Cain’s, the Tulsa Theater and BOK Center are great places to see a show!

Tulsa has so many great events. Oktoberfest, Mayfest, Winterfest, Parades and more happen annually in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
