In this article we will share some of our favorite aspects of Fun Mountain at Big Cedar. It was one of the highlights of our Branson Family Vacation.
It’s a great destination for any weather because the majority of it is indoors. (Although, they do have an outdoor ropes course and go karts.)
We went there during an icy rainy day and it worked out great playing indoors for hours.
Here’s a quick highlight of a few of our favorite things we experienced at Fun Mountain.
Flip Zone Bumper Cars
The Flip Zone Bumper Cars are unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. They rotate a full 360 degrees. Depending on where you get bumped, your car may spin or flip. You can also control the car yourself with the controls or disable the flips if it’s making you sick.
Cash, Uncle Bryce, Aunt Sadie, Papa Dan and I decided to try it out. We all loved it. The staff allowed me to mount my 360 degree GoPro to my car to capture the excitement. Watch it below and let us know what you think.
Underwater Themed Bowling
The Bowling alley at Fun Mountain has to be the coolest bowling alley we’ve ever seen. The entire area is decked out with underwater creatures. It’s something you must see while in Branson.
Laser Tag
Our family loves playing laser tag. We have multiple laser tag options around Tulsa. Many times, arcade laser tag rooms are not as large or fun as the full blow laser tag businesses.
We were surprised by how different and exciting Fun Mountains Laser Tag is.
The laser guns are different than most. They have two settings on them, rifle and blaster. Rifle is better for shooting far away and blaster is better at close range. Not only do you get to shoot lasers at each other, there is also target animals that will gain you extra points.
Uncle Bucks Restaurant
After all the games and attractions you’re going to get hungry. Luckily, they have an Uncle Bucks Restaurant within Fun Mountain.

Kids Discovery Center (Kids Daycare)
They also have daycare available during specific hours. We went when the center was closed, but we were able to sneak a peak and our kids said they would’ve really enjoyed spending time in the Discovery Center.

Where is Fun Mountain?
Fun Mountain is located within Big Cedar and Top of the Rock in Ridgedale, Missouri. It’s very close to Branson and if you go to Branson you really must come check out everything Big Cedar and Top of the Rock has to offer.
