The Atmosphere of Freedom Kettle Corn
From the moment you walk up to the order window you are greeted with a smile. We really enjoyed the company of the staff upon visiting. Their counter is wonderfully decorated and covered to keep you in the shade.
There is a Popping Station where you can watch the delicious Kettle Corn be made.
Behind the stand and popping station, there is a gazebo seating area with beautiful views of the Ozark hills and a creek flowing through the landscape.
This area was so nice and enjoyable. The sound of the creek beneath was so calming while we sipped on our flavored lemonade.
Freedom Kettle Corn Snacks and Drinks
They have quite a variety of snacks and drinks. They are bound to have something you will love.
The Drinks –
We had the sweet opportunity to try 4 different flavors of the lemon shakers! We all decided we would pick a different flavor so that we could pass them around and pick our favorites. It was hard to choose, since they were all so refreshing! Cash and Kayla really loved the Wildberry. Cale liked the Mango and Strawberry. I enjoyed the good Ol’ Fashioned original flavor of plain lemonade!
The Snacks
They do not stop with kettle corn, they also have other snack-able options as well. A couple of these snacks includes Sno-Cones and Pastries.
Our Experiences
After taking the Historic Eureka Springs Tram Tour, we headed downtown. The trolleys run all over Eureka Springs and we hopped off at a stop near Freedom Kettle Corn.
After just a few steps down to the gazebo we were able to sit down and relax while the friendly staff at Freedom Kettle Corn created our lemonade shakers.
This was such a busy day, packed minute by minute with lots of fun, so we were happy to take a moment to take it easy and appreciate the serenity of the creek flowing across the backyard that was surrounded by lush greenery.
It is the perfect place to sit back and relax after a day of shopping and exploring downtown or to start your day with some coffee before a day of exploring.
We opened our bag of kettle corn and to my surprise I realized how great it was. I’m more of a popcorn guy than a kettle corn guy, but this stuff was good! It wasn’t too sweet and had plenty of salt. I love my salt. Kettle Corn is Kayla’s favorite, so she definitely loved this tasty treat.
Before long, our lemon shakers were all shook up and ready to enjoy. They were delicious and it was almost impossible to get the boys to share their flavors with us.
Eventually, it was time to continue exploring Eureka Springs, but not before grabbing a big bag to go. Once we got home, we shared with some of our friends and the full bag was completely eaten within a few minutes. They’re kettle corn will not disappoint!
Parking at Freedom Kettle Corn
Since Freedom Kettle Corn is located in Downtown Eureka Springs there’s the complexity of parking, which is normal in most downtown areas. We recommend taking the trolley, but if driving individually happens to be the only option, there are parking meters available.
Overall Thoughts
We loved our experience at Freedom Kettle Corn and were pleasantly surprised with the seating area in the back. Many snack places usually have only a bench or a picnic table so we were not expecting a beautiful gazebo with a view. The kettle corn and lemon shakers were tasty! You really must go try them!
When you get there be sure to tell them The Myers Family from Family Travel Go sent ya!
Disclaimer: These are our own opinions. We are honest about our experiences and we would not recommend anything we didn’t personally enjoy.
