Eat at Finns in Port Aransas, Texas

We wanted to find a fun restaurant to eat at during our visit to Port Aransas. After driving around the area we quickly decided on Fins Grill and Icehouse.

Fins is a water-bay front restaurant. It has a great menu and looks amazing with its lights straw roof. It really has that classic tropical feel to it.

Fins serves all kinds of seafood and American classics. You can even bring your catch and they will cook it for you!

Appetizer

We had the fried cheese and it was amazing! We were impressed with the portion size of it as well. Highly recommend getting it!

They have a variety of drinks and a full service bar.

Kayla got the house frozen margarita and said it was delicious.

Kids Meals

They have a great kids meal menu for picky eaters.

Cash got cheeseburger sliders with fries. He loved it.

Meals

They had tons of seafood options which I loved and they had plenty of non seafood for weird people like my wife, who doesn’t like seafood at all.

Overall

Overall we loved our experience at Fins. They had great food and it was a fun restaurant for the whole family.

Additional info

Wait time

Many restaurants have long waits but at Fins you can put your name down and they will text you.

It worked out great because we were able to go have fun and explore the island while we waited. (We had about an hour wait)
