Vegas has many options for hotels on the strip. We have stayed at multiple hotels during our visits to the city that never sleeps.

The Flamingo has been our overall favorite place to stay. Here’s why you should book the Flamingo hotel.
5. The Location
The Flamingo is in an amazing location near the middle of the strip.
It’s a short ride from the airport and walking distance from some of the best places to see and things to do in Las Vegas.
It’s also a very short ride to Fremont Street. Fremont is a must visit on any Las Vegas trip. Check our article about Fremont Street here! (Coming soon)
There’s many fast food restaurants, attractions, bars and even a CVS very close by the Flamingo.
4. The Pools at the Flamingo Hotel
The pools are one of the best parts of staying at the flamingo! The pool itself is a wonderful salt water pool with waterfalls, and plenty of space. You can also rent and purchase lounge chairs, cabanas, drinks and food.
3. The Easiness of Checking in, Out and getting help through easy to use technology.
The ability to check in from a kiosk, get directions to your room and get room keys all from an easy to use touch screen computer was AMAZING.
The Flamingo also provides Ivy the personal concierge – a phone number you can text for anything you need. I was able to text and quickly find out things we needed to know. From passing on room cleaning for a day, and getting general hotel help.
The Caesar app is also a great way to manage your stay and find out info on things going on along with getting discounts, rewards, contests and additional information.
2. The Rooms
The rooms at the flamingo are beautiful. We booked a standard king room. It was spacious, we had a great view of the strip and the bathroom had a great shower and bath.

The animal habitat, the shows, restaurants, stores and casino.
You can do so much without even leaving the Flamingo Hotel.
We loved seeing the real Flamingos, ducks, turtle and coi fish.
The many restaurants and shows are highly rated. We loved eating at Carlos and Charlie’s located within the hotel.
Bonus Tips for Staying at the Flamingo.
1. Get around faster with the many Elevators
There are many elevators at the Flamingo, but many people wait on the first 4. We recommend walking past the first 4 elevators to the back 6. They get used less and are way faster.
2. Download the Caesar App.
As I mentioned before you can book attractions, shows, check in and much more with the Caesar App.
2. Book a bed or cabana at the pool.
Sometimes the pool line can be a little bit of a wait. If you have a group you can split the cabana cost and get to the pool quicker and have your own area. It’s highly recommended for quick and easy access to the Flamingo pool. Plus you have an area to relax and leave your things.
3. Utilize Ivy
Being able to text Ivy is a huge plus for getting stuff done at the Flamingo hotel. It’s very convenient, fast and accurate.
We used it to postpone our room cleaning for a day and to check out of our hotel.
4. Use Uber or Lyft.
When it’s too far to walk we recommend using Uber and Lyft, You can save a ton of money using the ride sharing services instead of a taxi.
5. Look on Google maps and see what is around you within walking distance.
We were able to plan many adventures knowing where we could easily walk to.
6. Book your stay through booking
