Salad and gumbo was served quickly. The salad was good and a large bowl and the gumbo was great. Very flavorful and had some spice!

Buffet line included Grits with gravy, (Gravy was delicious) Potatoes , Turkey sausage , egg quiche spinach Soufee , French toast and biscuits.

It was truly delicious and we loved every bit of it. I am not a grit eater but the way they make it with that gumbo, my goodness it was amazing. We recommend you at least trying a bit of everything from the Buffett.
