5 Tips for visiting Worlds of Fun

We absolutely loved Exploring Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri, United States of America!

What is Worlds of Fun?

Worlds of fun is an awesome amusement park that not only has rides but they have Dinosaurs and Snoopy. The layout of the unique amusement park is very exciting because every section is a different area of the world. Each has different styled rides, architecture, and foods related to the countries and places they are styled after.

Another great part of the amusement park  is you get to experience 2 parks for one price! You get to also explore Oceans of Fun! So grab your bathing suit and enjoy an awesome water park to cool off on a hot day!

Sadly, it was a cool day when we went so we did not brave the Oceans of Fun and will have to return again when it’s hotter outside.

Dinosaurs Alive was exciting for both children and adults. The many life size dinosaurs were lively in their sounds and movements. Some you could even control the movement yourself! We were amazed at the sheer size of many of them! The signs were very informative and displayed where the different dinosaur species had been discovered around the world along with interesting bits of information about each Dino.

Planet Snoopy was by far Cash’s favorite part of Worlds of Fun. His eyes lit up when he saw all the Peanuts and Snoopy rides. When he saw Charlie Brown and Snoopy in person he couldn’t help but run up for a big hug.

We really enjoyed our day and really recommend  visiting!

Such a unique park! I can appreciate any park that offers such diverse activites and combines a water theme with rides for those hot summer days, it’s nice to have the second option! And snoopy still exists in the theme park world? Love it!

  2. This is such a cool amusement park to visit. Snoopy was my favorite toy when I was little, I remember someone brought it for me, from America. I had no idea who he was, it only had a label saying Snoopy on it. I bet I would start acting like a kid again if I’d visit Planet Snoopy.

  3. This sounds cool! I haven’t heard of Worlds of Fun, before, but I love going to amusement parks. It is nice to have a planet snoopy and company. And oh, what a steal to have two theme parks for the price of one! The parking fee sounds not so good though. Isn’t it supposed to be free?

  4. You would have my lot at Dinosaurs…
Being aware of all those added extras though certainly helps you plan the day better though – so much written about this for Disney but not a lot of other theme parks
